Pretty good IF you can find a deal and if you know how to adjust your sound Long time Skull Candy user, and there’s a couple things you gotta know about skullcandy. 1) break them in and 2) adjust your audio. If you just plug it in and go, you’re gonna have a bad time. make sure to play it for a few hours on relatively low-medium volume and occasionally slowly turning the volume up. these have larger cones so you need to make sure that the surrounds dont break and make sure that the materials wear in correctly.after that, make sure you adjust your audio settings to your liking (i.e. winamp is good for this, ipods and iphones and androids usually have equalizers, especially the galaxies have preset settings) and to within spec. once thats there, they’re perfect.I got mine for $5 off at Staples for $64.99, which I think is maybe on the high end. If you can get it for 55 dollars or less, then it’s actually a pretty good deal. Also, if you’re a DJ, they have the swivel cup thing so you can DJ with them too and hear the bass…

Get your Skullcrusher The Skullcandy Skullcrusher black headphones were ordered for a teenage boy for a present. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The lad opened the box, hooked them up, and EXPLOSION, sound explosion was heard. They are outstanding at sound recreation, and they will go LOUD with virtually no distortion. Will be ordering another set for myself!

Turns out I don’t really care about the extra bass… It’s actually kind of annoying. They fit good and are more comfortable than ear buds, just sucks that they don’t have any volume adjustment- I use them with my IPad and iPhone and at max volume, they are just ok. I mostly watch movies/ tv shows and they pretty much serve their purpose at a reasonable price. I wouldn’t really recommend for music- unless hardcore gangster rap is your thing, in which case you would dig the extra bass.
